The Seattle LGBT Center has closed up shop at 1115 E Pike St due to high rent, and lack of funds and mismanagement. It's a sad day but not very many people seem to give a shit...I've been told by the current Board President that the Board wants to continue the QArts program but that won't be addressed until after the Center finds a new home which should be mid March. I could go on and on about this situation and all the problems that led to this, but I'm a little tired of the whole situation and not that keen to go into it right now. Hopefully, the situation will improve and there is a light at the end of a long tunnel...
