Ben Frost

Sydney artist Ben Frost is most well known for his confronting and often controversial Pop Art paintings. Using a ‘collage’ style of unlikely juxtapositions, his dynamic paintings are complex mash-ups of popular culture that savagely critique our media and advertising obsessed society.

Ben Frost is a young Australian artist who never met a cultural icon or corporate logo he didn't like. He is currently participating in a big show in Sydney called "Kids Today" put on by the gallery Stupid Krap.

Collage is a tough medium. Everything thinks it's easy, but it is actually a very difficult medium to pull off successfully. Most artists fail, miserably, but Mr Frost does not.
