Waltz with Bashir is nominated for Best Foreign Film but not Best Animated Feature...they chose to go with Bolt, Kung Fu Panda and Wall-E, and it was deemed ineligble for Best Documentary Feature because it hadn't screened in both L.A. and NY before the deadline. Lame.
