It's Ovuh!! Long national nightmare of the WGA Strike finally ends!

The membership voted overwhelmingly to accept the deal. Show runners went back to work on Monday, and most writing staffs were going to start meeting today to plan out an abbreviated spring schedule. Most sitcoms should start filming within a week or so and could be back on air with new episodes by the first of April. Hour long shows will take longer to get back on their feet, and at best, will be able to only film 4 to 6 new episodes to air starting mid April through the end of May. But "Heroes" fans will have to wait until Fall for new episodes, and "24" fans will have to stick it out for an entire year to see new shows.

Meanwhile, SCTV President Guy Caballero celebrates the announcement of the end of the strike and immediately rehired Mrs Prickley and the rest of the staff.
