until I saw this old picture of him. It's not the fact he's at a basketball game with a guy, that gives it away, it's that extremely nellie pose....well, that and the body language with the guy he's sitting with...(his rumored then boyfriend, actor Austin Nichols). It's awfully intimate for two straight buddies...

NO harm meant here, your opinion is not what I'm challenging, merely making an observation.
This post is why I still see straight?? men sitting in a movie theater or any other venue, where they might be misconstrued as being on a date, with a seat or two between them.
These so called straight men obviously know what the deal is and would rather not have rumors and innuendo circulating about them, hence they continue the you sit here, and leave that seat vacant policy, in this the 21st century.
